Poor reviews are something that I rarely write but because our experience with this company was so horrible I felt compelled to warn potential people looking for a landscaping company. We requested an estimate on some landscaping for our front yard. Anna Farias came over and in great length we explained what we wanted. Nearly TEN days later she arrived with a plan that was nothing what we wanted and was going to cost over $4,000! We wanted them to transplant 1 tree, one bush, add some additional rock to our existing rock and plant a Japanese maple. They complied and charged us a whopping $2,000. The Japanese maple alone was $800! Absurd! As part of planting the maple we were told that they would install a net fence around it to keep the deer from eating it. In addition they were supposed to tap down the rock. After weeks of these services not being completed we emailed them numerous times and FINALLY they showed up to complete the job. Shortly after all was completed the transplanted bush died. I contacted them explaining the bush died noting that we placed no blame on them and that we wanted to replace it and to please supply us with samples of possible plants. Well, while we were away I received an email with a picture of something they had just decided to plant. What? I immediately emailed them explaining that I was NOT happy with their choice and to please send some samples over. Well, that was 3 months ago and nothing. Some customer service! In March, my husband, for a gift bought be a soba palm. We contacted them asking if they could plant it for us. It was done and sadly that has also died. In addition the transplanted tree is also on its last legs. We have conducted extensive research on how to care for these plants (mind you we received no instructions from them except that we should install an irrigation system...like we cant water plants ?) and discovered that the palm lacked the proper soil nutrients..hence it died. Wouldnt you think a professional landscaper would know this?? The plant they chose as a replacement...also some sort of palm seems to be suffering the same problem as the now dead one....so, of everything they planted all but the maple has either died or is dying...swell. Not once did they ever come to check on their handywork and get this...their business is right across the street from our home! Please steer clear of this company. Weve sold our home and will be moving soon so pursuing any satisfaction seems unnecessary but if there is any other options for you I strongly suggest taking them.

They're very reliable, did a great job, always on time, very friendly staff, also! They will do any project you ask, in a timely manner and their office staff is always very friendly!
