We had an emergency with our undermount sink separating from the granite. He came out and had everything fixed the same morning. Another time there was a problem with a poorly functioning drain line. Again terrific quick and clean service. Very knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. He did a great job diagnosing, explaining, and repairing the issue. He stands by the quality of his work, and his charges are straightforward, transparent, and more than fair. We will definitely call him again whenever we need a responsive and responsible plumber.

Ken is an experienced professional plumber that does great work. He is a better person. Great guy, great work and great prices bottom line. My Wife reached out to Ken on a Saturday and he came within 2 hours. He diagnosed several plumbing issues we had and provided a great quote. We coordinated on parts for the job and he completed all the jobs on Sunday. We needed 2 new hose bibs, toilet repairs, clogged sink repairs, kitchen faucet replacement and bathroom sink and faucet replacement. No problem for Ken he knows the trade inside and out and does beautiful work. He will advise you of all of the details with 100% disclosure. He has all the parts and tools with him. It is nice to hire an honest nice person that does great work. I highly recommend Ken to anyone who has plumbing needs.

Responded to request and did the job the same day. Nice guy, didn't insist on charging extra despite some unforeseen circumstances of the job (replacing a few hose bibs and needed to saw through a ceiling and deal with unfinished crawl space). Only minor thing that could be improved is cleanup - I found some solder on the floor in a few places and he forgot a towel in the crawlspace. Hard to fault though given scope creep of the job and not charging extra. Ken did great work and stands by it - recommended quality parts and provided a 1 year warranty on the work. To be honest though, Ken seems like the kind of guy who I feel would come out and fix it even after that because he wants to make sure the customer is happy. Would definitely use them again.

Ken is a great guy, fair prices, hard worker and very detailed, and was very clean. He replaced a 12ft section of original piping that was starting to corrode (almost 100 year old house!). It was in my finished basement and he did a great job to be very clean, neat and dress everything nicely. Hiring him for another job.

He just kept calling and hounding me for a review. He left a flashlight here and I know he wanted it back but he never picked it up. He did good work but now I have a leak and I am not satisfied.

Ken was prompt and went above and beyond to help me install new fixtures in my kitchen and bathroom. Having moved to the area and not having a plumber local, I know feel that I have found one! I highly recommend hiring Ken in any projects you need.

Faucet was not tightened correctly and sink leaked right after repair was done. No urgency to inspect leak and not a lot of concern or follow up after payment was made. Focused more on what others items should be fixed versus doing a good job on what needed to be fixed. Parts were provided so only paid for labor and a ton of other high costs recommendations. Repair was not worth the money.

Charged me double the cost for a part (I looked up the price at the store later). Recommended a repair that was irrelevant to my problem. Failed to acknowledge the actual problem and recommended a variety of high-cost repairs (and began to suggest that the boiler may need to be replaced because it was underpowered for the home). I got another plumber who actually listened to me, and my boiler now works perfectly.

Ken did an excellent job with my tenant's bathroom sink. I was not able to be at the site, but Ken took the time to take pictures in progress and the final job. He and went above and beyond. I would hire Ken again.
