Rich is an honest guy who who does good work. We had some warped flooring due to a water leak. Unfortunately, the wood/laminate was glued down rather than layed down on top of an underlayment. Rich took care to replace the flooring and there's no way to tell the was ever any damage.

Richard hung approximately 19 pictures in our home after a remodeling project. He came the same day we talked about the service being done. When Richard arrived he was prepared to work. He had all the tools necessary to complete the job with the exception of some specialty hardware that we had for a few pictures. Richard was cordial, knowledgeable, and all the pictures were hung in no time (even the more challenging ones.) The price was reasonable and Rich s work certainly met our expectations. We would highly recommend Richard s services as we would call him again for future handyman projects. Thank you, Richard for a job well done!

Richard is very knowledgeable in all sorts of repairs. He was able to fix our BBQ grill,doors and sink. I will definitely call him again.

After buying a condo in Tempe, I immediately began to search for a handyman. I met with Richard and we reviewed my inspection report and completed a walkthrough of the condo to look at the work needed. Knowing that I was on a budget, Richard shared the projects that needed repair, those that could wait and those that were not necessary. Throughout the process, he told me what his cost for labor would be on each project and also estimated the cost for the parts needed. Impressed with Richard's professionalism, knowledge and honesty, we scheduled a date to get my projects completed. Richard checked in to confirm that we were still on schedule to meet and on that day he arrived on time and prepared. Working with Richard was a good experience. He is a nice person who takes pride in his work and does a great job. The next time I have projects that need completing, Richard will be my first call!
