Farkas Floors

Hired to refinish wood floors in kitchen, stairs, hallway, and one bedroom. This guy did amazing work and fast. Mechanically stripped and sanded in one day. Then put down a new finish. We stayed at a hotel for a few days because so much of the floor was being done. Arrived on time, finished on time. Very high quality work. Work area was clean when finished. We will hire him again when we refinish the other rooms.

Sobie Farkas has refinished my floors in my last house and my present property. He does a fantastic job, is extremely neat and clean and very professional. I have recommended him to several people in the last 5 years. Great job and a nice guy.

Very friendly professional. Can't beat the price, plus offers more than others, such as filling gaps, for the price quoted. Left behind a little dust, nicked a few corners and a little light on polyurethane in one spot; but dust and wall scuffs happen on such projects. Overall, very pleased with appearance of floors--they're like new, not early 60 years old! Still waiting on invoice a few weeks later. Very timely otherwise.

Mr. Farkas did a wonderful job. He adjusted his schedule to coordinate with our movers and the holiday so our floors were finished when the moving truck arrived. He is a very nice young man who put up with all the stresses associated with moving and was very friendly. The floors came out great and so far are very durable.

Szabi Farkas was a pleasure to work with. He refinished our 400 sqft foyer and did exactly what he said he would when he said he would. He was clean, well organized and very polite. The finished floors turned out beautiful.

Super guy. Great work. Great price. The only complaint I have is the trim on the wall was all scratched up and I had to repaint it.

Very straightforward and easy going. Understood our concerns and helped us out on price since we helped him out with adjusting to his timeline. Always called with concerns or questions before just making a decision on his own. Highly recommend him.

I like working with a company that is on top of things, responds quickly and remains in contact wth you throughout the process. Sobe was extremely professional on every front and I would hire him again. Flloors turned out as well or better than I hoped. They were not the best floors just old pine but now they look pretty darn good.
