Was hired to put up a fence and did a very sloppy job. Took him to court won and refused to pay his court order. Has no assets in his name. Look it up Maumee court cases.

I did this job from afar and there were unforeseen issues with the store I ordered remodel components. He took care of them. I think the one thing I would suggest is be there in person to remeasure spaces to make sure the stuff you bought will still fit like you want after construction is done and before vanity/medicine cabinet are installed. The work itself was fine and contractor attentive. Price very reasonable and payment ended up through actual mail because neither payment app would work. I appreciated his understanding.
