Thank you for choosing Farley's Fast-Rite Service. I have been proudly serving Arkansas for 22 years now. I have a total of 40 years of experience servicing all types of US made appliances. My washer quit on a Sat, Mr Farley was going to come right out but I told him to wait until Mon. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, he said it would be cheaper to buy a new one than repair our 9 y/o Whirpool. That's what we did and he was correct, it was cheaper. I'll definitely call him again.

Mr. Farley was very nice. He was very accommodating with my schedule when he came to fix my dryer. The dryer works as expected now.

I have ice forming in my refrigerator. He removed the ice and said it just happens. He didn't ever try to fix the problem and its been 9 days and I have more ice.

The service man was on time and very polite and respectful of our home. He assessed the problem and told us what our options were. He did not have the part but arranged to contact us when it was available. He did so and returned to install the part as scheduled.

Showed up at the agreed upon time. Luckily for us no repairs were needed on the appliance, but having a professional opinion beats my unprofessional opinion of what I thought might have been wrong with said appliance.

Mr. Farley was professional. He did all he could do. He IDed the problem. Dishwasher was 20 yr old and Kitchen Aid no longer supplied the circuit board required for repair. He researched sources available and so did I. Resolution: new washer required.

"We here at Farley's Fast-Rite Service tried over and over again to reach this customer but never got any response we had even picked up the parts for him but could not get him to respond to any of our phone calls i guess this is why we are so unprofessional huh Sir if you would have answered your telephone we would have professionaly taken care of you,God bless you anyway."

They were there on time, knew the problem in 5 minutes and was done in an hour. Would hire again. I would Luke to comment on Home Advisor they apparently tried to cancel the appt be sure to get number if you schedule through them so you can followup yourself.
