Farmer is extremely professional. I hired the firm to complete a complicated rehab on an 1889 home in Denver. All work was completed on time And to the agreed upon standards. Pricing was very fair. The whole team was respectful and enjoyable to work with. One of the best things about Farmer is the can-do attitude. My project was extremely complicated, and when challenges arose Farmer provided solutions- not excuses. I would highly recommend the team, and will work with them again.

Demo Ed and remodeled my master bath. Removed a claw foot tub and expertly poured the shower pan. We decided to add a barn door mid project and they were super nice about it and the next day had a new doorway cut and installed.

These guys were great! They installed tile throughout the office space and bathroom at my warehouse after a ceiling leak ruined the carpeting. They did an excellent job! They were fast and very courteous.

They did a terrible job! I haven heard back from them yet. I don't know what I'm going to do. It needs to be torn out and I need to be paid for the stone witch was $2729.41 and a refund of the $1400 I paid them. I am still waiting for them to tear out the stone and haul it away.

Howie is great to work with. Very easygoing and committed to understanding his customer to deliver exactly what is wanted. In the course of our project we requested some design changes. Howie was very accommodating to our needs and never hesitated or pushed back. He was always in our corner. His communication is great and the workmanship also. He also showed a very high degree of personal responsibility. I never doubted that he was going to take care of us and delivery exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed working with all the team members he put on this job. I'd recommend Howie and his team to friends. In fact, we are already working with him on another job. A good contractor who is honest, on time, on budget, communicates well, and takes personal responsibility and pride in customer service is hard to find. Howie is all of these things.
