I hired Gordy again because I liked his work, this time for repairing multiple areas of damaged wood trim around exterior doors. I didn t want to replace entire frames so he did a very creative job of cutting out the bad areas, custom fitting in new wood, bondo to fill formerly soft areas and joints, sanding, priming/ painting, caulking. He didn t leave until everything was solid and looked perfect.. No one would think it had been repaired. All at a reasonable price. He has very useful skills.

Gordon and his assistant came right out, planned the jobs and got them done in exactly the right way the next day. He did even more than he said he would to make sure everything was perfect. They were knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and left everything clean and orderly at a reasonable price. We have the straightest, most level and solidest mailbox in the neighborhood!

Showed up on time and completed the work at a fair price.

I had them do 2 different jobs for me. They installed my gas inset in my fireplace and set up new mail box. I was very happy with both projects.

Easy to work with, easy to accommodate our mutual schedules. One project required spacing over several days ("drying time") and the last step remains in limbo, but by mutual agreement. I'll definitely call on Farmington Maintenance for my future handyman projects.
