Company was very professional, did everything I asked for and gave a reasonable price.

Promises were made and not kept. Contract was signed for specific services but when the job was being done I was told that they never intended to do the scope of work which had been guaranteed. I was told that two men would be required to do the job and that it would take at least an hour for each of them. As it turned out one worker came and the owner declared that the job was finished in 45 minutes. When I questioned this I was told that his quotes were an estimate and not an exact science. As the work was being done I was told that roots had been removed in areas which were never touched. When I questioned why these very areas did not looked at if they had been worked I was told the dirt had been raked and patted down in these areas. After the people left I personally removed surface roots the size of a baseball bat from areas that I had been told was 99% root free. When I expressed my concern as the job was being done I was told that my expectations were unreasonable and that the job should have cost three times what I had contracted to pay. I would not use this contractor for any services. You will probably be dissatisfied.

In order to get insurance for my home I had to have trees cut to the insurance company's guidelines. Ruben objected to this request because it would not be healthy for the trees to be trimmed like the company wanted and the trees would die He offered to call the insurance company on my behalf and guess what, they rescinded their original demand and accepted Ruben's recommendation for trimming the trees.

They worked 2 days to take down my huge tree .They were professional,very hard workers and stayed until the work was completed. Extremely impressed with them and Ruben (owner) was very knowledge. Would rate them a10 if possible!!
