?FRAUD. Came to check out an issue with our dishwasher that was working fine but had some smell. Ed was completely confused, took the whole thing apart and started making random guesses. He said its likely the rubber padding from the heat but everything is fine. Took the money and left. The washer has not functioned ever since. It was fine befo?re and now it has error code. Upon calling next day, he couldn't come back to fix it and would not even refund the money. Total fraud. Do not recommend this person whatsoever.

I called a couple of other places before calling Fast Action and neither of the other places would apply the minimum service call/diagnostic fee towards the total repair cost fee. Fast Action does apply that fee towards the repair, which is why I chose them.

Dishwasher repair, diagnosed the problem for why the dishwasher wouldn't drain, unclogged the pipe. Was a little hard communicating with him over the phone, but that's to be expected, I suppose. Nice guy in person, knew what he was doing.

Clean, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I would definitely call again if repairs are needed. Would definitely recommend.

Great guy dropped everything to come on Sunday night to repair my refrigerator.

Just what I wanted. No muss no fuss. He showed up when he said he would, did the job, got paid and left. What else could want. Thanks.

It was a Frigidaire clothes washer. He came on Saturday AND Sunday. He eliminated one possible cause of failure. He suggested another cause which I elected to pursue on my own. He was right; I ordered the part and that fixed it. Bill

Ed came to our house 3 months ago, diagnosed that the fridge needed a new motherboard, took a check for $300 as a deposit, then basically disappeared with no additional follow up. We called him frequently to figure out next steps to getting our fridge up and going again. He continued to duck our calls and his VM is typically full. We had to keep trying from different phone numbers to get him to answer, if at all. If he did pick up, it was obvious he did not want to speak with us and would make some sort of commitment for follow-up and never do it. Today we got him from a different #, told him we are going to take a different approach to take care of this and wanted a refund. He seemed perplexed, said he would have to think about what to do and get back to us. We noted he never follows up and we want to settle this now vs. continuing to play these games. He just hung up the phone. Wish we had paid with a credit card and we could work to get it reversed through the card company. $300 lost and lessons learned. Be careful with Ed if you so dare to try him out. We obviously had a VERY poor experience.
