they beat the lowest price we had...turnaround time for new glass in two windows was a little over a week. he even offered to install the windows...they came with a 15 year no fog guarantee too!

I was very pleased with everything. He was knowledgeable, courteous and very reasonable in his estimate. The sashes were ready in four days and installed the same day. I would recommend him and use him again if necessary. He guaranteed the sashes for 15 years. Thank you for your help.
