At all costs, avoid this company! I contacted this company two months ago to replace the garage door motor, keypad, and remote control. The technician did the job and gave me three months of warranty on the labor and equipment. A few days later, I noticed that one of my control remotes was not working properly. I called the company, and the owner blamed the battery and the weather. So, I changed the battery, but the issue persisted. I called this company today, and the owner gave me the same excuses. I just told him that I needed a new remote control. He said he would send a technician out, but I would have to pay for the visit if the remote control was working. I said it was fine because the remote control was not working properly. When the technician arrived, he just saw the remote control and told me it had water in it and that I was not careful with it. I said: WHAT? How could you possibly know that? He opened the remote control and immediately went to his vehicle. She returned after 5 minutes to tell me that the remote control was fine. He pressed it several times, but it did not work. Later, it started to work, and I told him I wanted a new remote control because the old one was not working well. He said he fixed it. However, when I asked him if the remote control kept giving me issues, I would call the company again, and he said he would never be back after today. Then he said he could give me a new one, but I had to pay $150 to replace it. I said no because I have a three-month guarantee that covers it. He said the guarantee only covered the motor, which was a lie because the receipt says otherwise. Then I told him I paid for those remote controls, too. He tried to convince me that I did not pay for them, arguing that the motor and keypad already came with two remote controls. I told him, "I just realized you took my money because you charged me separately for those remote controls." I called the owner. He said he would call the technician. And after 5 minutes of waiting for him, I explained the situation to him and asked for a new remote control. He then called the technician and started to speak in Arabic (I believe they are from Palestine), so I could not understand what they said. Then, the owner told me that the technician explained that the remote control was fine and that I would have to pay $75 for his visit. I just told him I would let everyone know he was running a scam and taking money from people who had faith in him.

Wow and in the end you are calling us scammers and stealers that is not fair we need to explain ourselves You called us the first time we came out and install your garage door opener and spring 3 weeks later you contact us saying the remote control not working and we told you you might need a battery. Then 2 weeks later you called us saying the remote not working while u were trying to reprogram it even though the warranty does not include any accessories I was trying to help you over the phone you refused, I said I can send you the tech out the same day you called but you have to pay the service call for $75 if the remote it is not working we will replace.
