That is really strange that Randy be left a comment since the date that Dino Da Silva told me that he had been disabled in a car accident and could not complete the job that he left and a half finished disastrous mess. He left my driveway, peeling cracking, and with the paint coming off, he use the interior paint on the exterior of my house, he left the outdoor kitchen that he built so unlevel that the granite he put on top of it cracked. He also left the outdoor kitchen with all of the rocks falling off on the ground. every wall in my house has more than one mismatch paint color on it as does the entire exterior of my house. Also, every tool and every valuable in my house went missing, while Fast results solutions was working on my property. And now, there is a glowing review left months after Dino told me that he is disabled, has closed down his business, and so cannot finish my job and cannot pay me back the $130,000 that he owes me. This man, Dino. Da Silva is a common criminal, a pathological, liar, and a crook. He blatantly robbed me. He will be facing criminal charges. And now he has an excellent review after the fact that he told me that heâ  s disabled and has closed Fast results solutions and is unable to work anymore. Beyond belief.

The owner of Fast results solutions, Dino Da Silva charged me $30,000 for half of the pavers that it would take to redo my driveway with the agreement that I would pay him another 30,000 after the pavers were installed on the driveway. Six months later he delivered a small pallet of about 20 pavers worth maybe $200 and left that sitting in my front yard for three months. He then took them back when he sent someone to pick up the trailer that he left in my front yard for six months. I never got the $30,000 worth of pavers that he charged me for. He simply never delivered them. He told me for nine months that they were in storage and that he would have to hire a crew in order to get them to my house, but they were going to be there. Guaranteed it. I never got to the pavers. He blatantly robbed me of $30,000. He also put a roof on my house himself after telling me that he was a licensed contractor . He showed me an image of a contractors license on his phone. I now realize, of course, that it was fake. He is not a Licensed Contractor, even though he told me 15 times or more that he was. He is not a licensed contractor. He did not pull a permit for the roof, and he did not get a final inspection. I paid him $35,000 for a roof that, according to the county, was never installed, because the permit was never polled. While he was telling me that he would get the final inspection on the roof to me with in a week or two, I allowed him to begin construction on a dock on my property. He also showed me a phony permit for the dock, never pulling a legitimate permit, charging me $40,000, and again having no inspection on the dock. He is guilty of felony, fraud, and felony, grand theft, I have attempted to get legal restitution for the $120,000 that he owes me for work that was done illegally. It is outright, theft, and work that I have to pay to have re-done because most of it (painting, tile, driveway all have to be redone at a cost of $129kk. it was so poorly constructed and articulated in the first place. I cannot get financial restitution because he sold all of his tools and equipment and is now claiming to be disabled from a car accident. This company is an LLC Half of the jobs that he had started on my property were unfinished, while the other have deteriorated before my eyes within the year. He used indoor paint on the outside of my house. He resurfaced and finished my driveway. The concrete, which was actually cement, it cracked and chipped , and all of the paint is peeling off. It is such an eyesore that my neighbors are complaining. When I told him that he needed to finish the jobs, and that I had already paid him in full for every job that we are agreed-upon,, he told me that he had to move to Miami to get healthcare for himself and his children. He abandoned the job. He left my outdoor kitchen and crumbled ruins, and he did not even move to Miami. A private investigator that I hired has filmed him living here in Panama City and working every day, despite claiming to be disabled. This man is a felon, a con artist, and a crook. I am working on bringing Felony charges against him. Also one of the glowing reviews that are posted from a person named Larissa W is his wife. Another glowing review by. Mara or Maria is his mother. The private detective that I hired to look into him and informed me that he has ran several insurance fraud scams in the last couple of years. This man is a criminal and a con artist. I am submitting this review so that it may be made public because I fear for my safety, since I have begun legal action against him.

Fast Result Solutions responded promptly to our request for stucco/cement repair. They arrived on time and carefully examined the problem we were having. They explained the problem and how to fix it, and kept us informed every step of the way as they completed the repair. After finishing, they were thorough in their cleanup. The work was completed in a very timely manner and the price was reasonable. The finished result looks great. We are grateful, very satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

Dino was a great choice- we will be hiring him again and again for other projects. He was prompt in reaching out immediately following my project inquiry, he was available to come out the next day and he was able to handle everything we needed that two other contractors could not get done for us. We have already called him for a second project. Definitely recommend.
