Their contract says 21 business days to deliver. After that their penalty is only $25 per business day past that. Like this incentivizes them to actually get you your stuff. They arrived to my home and charged me $1500 above my estimate and it was for a 1 bedroom. For what I ended up paying I could have gone with a reputable place like Allied, instead I get swindled. If more people would hold them accountable in DOT complaints and arbitration maybe companies like this would go out of business or straighten up. I plan on filing a DOT complaint and arbitration if they fail to deliver on day 21. At threat point they have breached their contract and violated FMCA 375.601 subpart F must provide ?reasonable dispatch which is the 21 days specified. If you ever see this companies name turn and run.

This was the worst moving experience I have ever experienced. Compared to the quote I was initially given they increased the cost as they moved my items into the truck by $2000. They have taken over 40 days and still have not delivered my items for a cross country move. I have called once a week and am told that they will call me back with an update on where my things are and each time they never do. That's if I am even able to get a hold of someone on the phone since they often dont pick up. I initially used Menard's Moving Company who then contracted GoodView and I would not recommend either company. In fact stay away and I am convinced that the rest of these review are either fake or paid for. They also have you sign away the ability to get reimbursed for your items beyond the $0.60 per lb default, so if you have a damaged TV or expensive good you will be getting close to nothing on reimbursement. They do not explain to you what you are signing and rush you when signing paperwork.
