These guys are best for the job. Riley was very professional. Explained the work in detail and answered all my questions before starting the job. He completed the work on time. Arrived on time. I will call him again for this job without a second thought.

Nakagaki 11 reviews a day ago Rated highly for: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness I put out a project on Home Advisor, I discovered that my hot water tank was leaking, Marcus of Fast Hot Water Tank called me right away, he gave me an estimate on the phone and went through all the fees and cost. I was informed that the installer would be available from 1pm to 5pm. Chuck the installer called me at 2:30 and informed me that he would be at my home in 30 minutes to complete the estimate and provide the installation if I wished to. I agreed to the job price and Chuck, immediately went into preparation to install my new hot water tank. He completely removed and installed a new hot water tank, cleaned up the work area and instructed me on how to turn on the pilot light, then processed to ignite the pilot light and checked to assure a proper operating hot water tank. We completed the final documents and was informed that the permit would come in a week and to call and set up an appointment to have a final inspection and certification done. The price wasn’t any more than the high estimate but the quality and professionalism was impressive.

They charged almost twice as much as other plumbing companies. I used them for estimate visit only.

We asked Fast Water Heater to come out to give us a bid and they came in a couple of days. We scheduled them to change out our old water heater for a new one and they were able to do that in a couple of days again. They were quick, competent, and easy to work with. I would use them again.

Bryan was a top notch pro who was clear about every step of the work, including the outrageous paperwork (legally needed). More important, he did a great job quickly and left no mess. 5 stars!

They came the next day and fixed the prior installation problems from a previous contractor and installed the new gas water heater quickly and efficiently. Bryan was very knowledgeable and polite.

They were fast, just like their name says. The cost was double what was quoted but apparently there were a lot of "updates" that had to be done to install the water heater correctly. I must say we had no idea what it was like to have a working water heater. They were on time and on budget.

My water heater went out overnight and I woke up to water all over my garage floor. I submitted a Service Magic project request that morning and Fast Water Heater Company called me within 5 minutes. They were at my house by 3 pm that day. I received the best customer care from the scheduler on the phone and the installers that came to the house. I would definitely recommend Fast Water Heater Company.

I got a water heater replaced. Very professional service, they came at the scheduled time, they gave a complete estimate with all costs disclosed upfront and performed the job on time. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to get water heater or other plumbing service.

Called immediately, came on time, did a very thorough job and did it quickly. Explained how to light pilot light. There were extras that resulted in an almost 50% increase in the original price--not happy about that but told they were necessary, which they probably were...just wasn't ready for the big price jump.

Service was great. Charlie was the Tech and he is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the workings of a water heater. I really felt that I made a good decision about hiring them and will certainly recommend them to all my friends. We really appreciate good, honest personnel. Thank you!

I was initially told that I could charge the entire job on my AMEX card, but when they arrived to perform service I couldn't. Thankfully I had another card.

They did an ok job. They were the least expensive of the 3 estimates I received. However I did have some plumbing issues afterward. They explained that because of my corroded galvanized pipes, the corrosion could break loose & clog my shower valves. It did happen & I had to call a plumber the next day. It would have been helpful if they were licensed to fix the problem right away. Also the job initially failed inspection; in their defense I had a particularly fussy inspector. All it took was a phone call & the inspection passed the following week.

I called, they responded qluickly, explaned the water heaters available, had the product on hand, installed next day. Responsive, quick and clean.
