It was a great experience- the team was really helpful in picking the right coating and color to complement our new home, scheduling was easy. The day of install was smooth and they left very clear instructions.
We actually had an issue with an appliance water leak onto the new coating, and the owners personally responded quickly on a weekend to address our concerns and coach us through the challenge. All was great and the coating wasn't impacted.

The results from this company is awesome! From scheduling an appointment to completing their work, they provided us with professional customer service. My sister used Fastlane in her home and we were amazed with the quality of polyurea/polyaspartic coating. Without questioning, we did the same for our three car garage but with Coyote. Truly quality work with great attention to detail. We appreciate their hard work and efforts. We will be highly recommending to our neighbors and friends!

Excellent work - they made sure we were happy with the job before they called it "done." Only time will tell about long-term satisfaction (we've never had a garage floor done before), but our initial impression is top-notch. It makes the garage like another room in the house, rather than just a place to store vehicles, etc. Emilio Esparza, the owner, is a hands-on manager, and the crew he brought were super guys - polite, considerate, and skilled craftsmen. We'd have them back again.

After reviewing many companies, both through and outside HomeAdvisor, we decided on Fastlane for our garage floor coating. We bought a new house and wanted the work done quickly before we moved in. Fastlane came out on a Saturday, was able to provide us a bid and get us in on their schedule the next Tuesday before we moved in the following weekend. The short time frame in which we wanted the work completed limited the otherwise large selection of colors and products available to what they had in stock. While there were several we liked, we were not thrilled with any of them. There was one additional color the owner described to us but did not have a sample or picture of. We were a bit hesitant to go with something unseen, but based on his description and what we told him we were looking for, decided to risk it. Once we saw the finished product we were glad we did. We love it more than the other limited options available to us. I would highly recommend this company. They did everything they promised at a competitive price. The only reason I knocked half a star off of customer service was one minor issue during the application process. My wife was present for most of the job (the entire job was completed in one day) and she indicated it took longer than what the owner indicated it would when he stopped by the job site, most likely because of one of worker's frequent smoke breaks during the day. We also found that worker's cigarette butts on our driveway afterward. Again, don't let this prevent you from using this company. They were friendly, professional, gave a competitive price, and did a great job. I just wanted to explain why they did not get 5 stars across the board.

I have been very happy with Fastlane in the quality of materials, work, clean up, timeliness and appearance. I would definitely recommend Emilio and his crew, and plan to use them for additional projects.
