I DO NOT Trust them at this time...The technician DID NOTHING to try to repair on site, Simply took my computer stating he would call me later in the afternoon with an update. That was Tuesday and the technician was only in my apartment less than 30 min. This is Thursday evening at 6:00 PM and I still have NOT heard from them. I'm starting to wonder if they are just CON artists and have taken my Computer which hardware & parts alone cost me over $5000.00 in 2012 when I custom built the Computer..........I am really concerned about things at this time..
