Michael was on time and prepared. He explained the process and did a great job! We had the carpets cleaned in 3 rooms and he was able to get out all of the high traffic area stains!

We recently had our carpets cleaned and I am beyond impressed! With pets and kids our carpets had a lot of stains, but now they look almost brand new. He was professional and made sure to focus on the tough spots that I pointed out to him. Everything looks and smells so fresh. Highly recommend!
