They did a great job on installing my granite countertops and marble floors in my bathrooms

The owner of Fat Rock sent me a defensive and dismissive text after I gave him feedback about streaking and grittiness on a job cleaning and re-sealing our travertine. He had not seen the finished work, but refused to communicate anymore after telling me I was making **false accusations** My husband and I were left to clean and buff-out 2000 square feet of stone after paying this company over $2000. A neighbor had a similar problem with Fat Rock and had to have another company come fix it. Unfortunately we paid the men the day of the job and could not go in to see the floors until the next day. I have never seen a craftsman so unwilling to stand by his work. UPDATE 8/13/19: We are aware that the company is good at setting tile. Update 10/3/19: It has come to my attention that the brother of the man we hired operates under the same company name, but he works separately. I do not wish to disparage his work since he is not the one whom we hired. His name is Tony Topete, and he even offered to try to correct what was done to our floors.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable about product (tile, install, care, etc.). We will definitely utilize Fat Rock for our next tile project. The quality and workmanship continues to receive compliments on two floor areas in our home.

Fat Rock Tile and Stone did an EXCELLENT JOB. Tony, the owner was on top of game. I think the value of our house value must have gone 10% or more. I would high recommend them that wants a high quality for a reasonable price
