There were still bumps in the carpet when they finished. Cleaning was ok but not great. They did not clean a closet we specifically asked them to and carpets were wet several days longer than they said, making it very inconvenient since we are selling our house. Prices also seemed high.

They were timely and thorough. Went above and beyond.

Their crew of two young, but very professional, individuals, led by China, performed a repair on our carpet and cleaned it in less than 2 hours. It took quite a while to thoroughly dry but we are delighted with their work and would hire them again in a minute. JAY

Update 6/2/2020 - Richard, the owner, came to correct the problem with the carpet re-installation. He explained why the problem had occurred and that the crew he'd sent were somewhat inexperienced. It was a small job - to clean and re-install a section of carpet in the basement, and we're satisfied with the final result. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Richard seemed very nice on the phone. But the crew sent to do the job was not professional. Listening to them argue about how things were supposed to be done did not inspire confidence. The carpet is not re-stretched very well, the raw edge visible along one wall. To be fair, I have not had a chance to let Father and Son remediate the re-stretching job yet. But it would have been nice to have it done well the first time.

It was nice that Richard, the owner, and came by personally for the appointment to make sure the job was done well. I have used him in the past, and will continue to do so. He provided a personal touch. The team did a great job.
