I called Father & Son to mount a tv on the wall. I was quoted a really good price, so I picked them out of 3 other companies. When the job was complete is cost almost double what I was original quoted. I also had to puddy the wall because the tech had to cut an extra hole and still needs painting. The tech did a good job overall. I called the receptionist about me being charged almost double what I was quoted. She said would you like for the owner of the copy to contact you and I said yes. 3 days passed I never heard a word from the owner. So I contacted home advisory and told them what was going on and I was very disappointed and not a happy customer. Home adviser said they would reach out to the owner to contact me and I still never received a response from the owner. The owner should have the decency and courtesy to at least call a paying customer back to see if anything can be worked out. Once they get your money they could care less about you. I would not recommend anybody using their services at all.

Steve, the electrician who was sent out, was great and took the time to help solve my problems. He kept me informed as to how much time was left before i incurred another hour of billing. Will definetly be using him again.

I couldn't say enough positives about these folks. I had taken the day off work for another electrician to do work for me, and he no showed. I called Father and Son and they were able to fit me into that day's schedule. Their communication was the best, as was their work, and technician Greg was a pleasure. I'd recommend them to anyone needing electrical work. Great job guys!
