Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
Office personnel was curt and almost rude on the phone. Had another project I wanted to get done, but the woman on the phone did not seem interested in sending me a quote, seemed as if I was bothering her. Cut our conversation short and hung up. Not the kind of company I would care to do business with. Hired another company to do my project. Air Today, they were very cooperative and professional. Actually recommended them to a friend who needed the same install and he was satisfied with their work as well. Would not recommend Father and Son to anyone.

I was not quoted the correct price. Was not told there was a service charge plus an hourly rate. I would not use them again. The electrician that came out did a great job of getting me connected back up, the whole problem was the clarity on the charges.

"This customer does not allow anyone to forget something. Expects work to be performed for free when you just forgot to do it in the first place. Other words he wants work performed for free. Mr. Niels O is not a reasonable person. Our electrician forgot to make two repairs on the first trip and when we returned we did not charge a repeat service call but only charged for the actual time and materials it took to make the repairs. Plus customer had cracked light bulbs."
