There were excessive amounts of unprofessional comments and acts due to lack of knowledge on the contractors part. Long story short we paid 65% to him to get the job started. was supposed to finish 5 basement windows in 5 days because it went through a weekend. He and his crew never finished. And the last we even heard from him was that he was driving to Colorado to get our windows. We plan to sue. This was a horrible experience. He left took out our old windows and left our house open, we have 2 young children and also were going on vacation.we had to install the windows ourselbefore we left.

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
I was shown ONE color sample for my trex deck, I absolutely loved it, it was the perfect color, it matched perfectly with the rest of our landscaping! I told him I wanted the ENTIRE deck done with that color! Well, he took it upon himself to do a different fascia color! It doesn't match at all! It looks super tacky. When I comfornted him about it, he was super rude! I own a busniess and I would never treat my customers with such disrespect, I would also NEVER EVER make a decision without their FULL approval! We've also had railing posts fall right out! I don't let my daughter on the deck!SCARY
