As someone who spent 14 years in high level, high pressure, executive customer service, I have experiential knowledge of actual customer satisfaction/resolution versus "doing the job". Fausto Logistics goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for Customer Service and care. From Brianne at the front office, who was amazingly helpful and kind, to the staff who was able to show up SAME DAY when I was in a bind. Their prices are INCREDIBLY competitive, what I was quoted by other companies for my small load was insane. However, Fausto Logistics was fair and honest and affordable! I will be recommending this company to anyone who needs assistance and will be calling them for my upcoming move. Thanks so much Fausto!

If there were 10 stars available, I would give it! This company is professional, reliable, and without a doubt trustworthy. Edgar the owner arrived at my home and he made things make sense .He informed me of my issues and my projects that were on a scale of priority to less priority he informed me of my issues and my projects that were on a scale of priority to less priority and we formulated a plan and I was so relieved. Project one he the company has already started moving on to project 2.
