I was very impressed with Jimmy's professional design skills, honesty, always on time, always called, very neat and cleaned everything at the end of each day. Jimmy was recommended by other contractors in the Weaverville area who know Jimmy's skills and reputation. I recommend him to everyone.

Jim is there for his customers. I had lost the downspout on the back of my house and my gutters were damaged. Since they are 20 feet off of the back deck, I needed help. Jiim was there, repaired the damaged, fabricated and installed a new downspout. I have worked in the construction industry as an electrician and I would hire Favorable Changes for any job in the future.
