Fayette Heating & Air || H20 Maestro

I have been with them (Compfy Club) for a few years. Very happy. I had some electrostatic filters installed last month and we lost power to one of the heat pumps. (We have 3). They came out the next day and found the problem to be a loose wire probably caused during the prior install. They apologized and there was no billing. I am happy with the honesty and repair.

Eric did an excellent job giving my furnace a checkup. It is ready to go for the winter. Eric was friendly and very efficient. He is an excellent technician.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This company is all about getting their $99.00 for the estimate, selling you an annual service fee and then quoting exuberant prices. Not really sure if they really care about doing the actual plumbing work. Recently gave me an estimate for a job of $500. Learned later after from another plumber that what they wanted to do was actually not correct AND should have cost no more than $250. Had I used Fayette Heating / H20 Mastero, I would have paid $600 for a job done incorrectly. At least the 99.00 I paid kept me from damaging my house further. There are a lot of reputable plumbers in Lexington. Suggest you look elsewhere

Excellent. Repair fixed problem immediately wo any guesswork

Previously, I had purchased filters for my air handler. Jacob began immediately telling me how bad they were, He wanted me to buy an 1100.00 air scrubber. I told him I could not afford and then he began on trying to get me to finance. I told him I do not finance, He would not stop pressuring me. He told me that I would have a lot of trouble later, and several things that would cost me more money. Then, he tried to sell me the 400.00 chemical clean and a capaciator for the outside unit, and a 850.00 filter. He reminded me of the door-to-door salesman. He would not take no for an answer and I was not going to pay 2500.00 dollars for things I do not need. I called one of your former employers and he said I did not need any of the above. I do not respond well to pressure. He left upset with me. I'm sure he gets a percent of what he sells. I would like to cancel my membership. So far you have save me 0 money. A while back I had my ducts cleaned and he told me they did not do them correctly. He said I had black stuff (he would not say mold) but when I did he agreed.

The work went very well. Clay was courteous, professional and highly motivated to do a good job. He identified a problem and he clearly had the ability to troubleshoot the issue and resolve and get it resolved. He did not end the work until he certain that the system was completely operational. Clay is definitely an asset to Fayette Heating and Air.
