Joe is great. Carpet installation went smoothly. Selection process was very easy. Was able to go to work while his crew finished the job quick. High quality carpet with a thick padding that makes us want to walk barefoot again

Allow us to explain how Proud we are to be working with FC GALLERY AND DESIGN. Joe is currently working on the remodeling our home. The catch is we are working in Alaska and not in El Paso in person. We met him once while back in El Paso in May 2026 . Other than that time in May, we have been coordinating and planning with Joey all the way from Central Alaska. We Must EMPHASIZE, we have done this without any concerns, issues, shenanigans, disputes and all that crap that can happen with other contractors. He will not only do our home but our yard as well which will also coordinate from Alaska. One may ask how are we doing this without being there. Well first having a good friend to give Joey access to the house to perform his craft. We coordinate which part of the house we are going to work, send pictures of the ideas of what we are looking for and he shows us what he has. We talk and discuss it over the phone. Joey provides the best plan and gives us his expertise and then we proceed…… ALL OVER THE PHONE. He provides the initial invoice, via text and/or email. We then discuss a SAVE THE DATE, which is his start date. His work has been amazing I literally do not recognize my house at this point. ( In a good way ). We are looking forward to returning to our new home and yard. A beautiful oasis thanks to Joe and his team.
