Response was immediate. In spite of the pandemic, service was fast, with Mr. Feaga initially trying to help me troubleshoot the issue with the hot water heater over the phone, then coming the next afternoon. He also took the time to look at other concerns while already at the home. Very honest. Would use his services again. Refreshing to find a plumber like him.

My dishwasher was having a slow leak into the bottom of the appliance when we didn't use it for 2-3 days, but it appeared that the discharge hose needed to be set up higher near the inside cabinet (under the kitchen sink) to allow for the air gap needed so the discharge pump wouldn't back up into the dishwasher. Ken came out in a timely manner, did the job well and tested the line to be sure of no clogs as well. His job charge was very reasonable. I plan to call him for any future plumbing needs.

I had a broken garbage disposal, a toilet that no longer flushed and a water stain in my livingroom from some draining issue from my bathroom. I connected with Ken via home advisor and he came out early ( 7am) the next day to take an assessment and made recommendations. He did not push unnecessary fixes, for the case of my water stain, he said lets calk some areas in the bathroom before ripping up the dry wall. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job. I will be keeping Ken's information in my files for any future plumbing issues.

Mr. Feaga was very nice but was 1.5 hours late and did not clean up the work site when he was done.

"I'm a little perplexed as to the rating and comments left by (consumer name withheld per their request) As for the issue of being 1.5 hours late, I called his wife to let her know I would be later than anticipated because my first call ran longer than anticipated. As to the not cleaning the site, I let his wife use my wet vac to clean the water in the basement because (consumer name withheld per their request) didn't want water in his wet vac. And afterward I swept the floor up.(consumer name withheld per their request) never called about any issue, and when I left after the installation, (consumer name withheld per their request) was totally pleased with the job. I would have gone back to satisfy (consumer name withheld per their request) concern if he would have contacted me."
