First of all, this was my 5th call back to all the companies that called me. He has the most calming voice. When I discussed with him concern and what I thought he should do, he told me to just let him come and talk a look at the problem and we would come with a plan. Fearsome Pest Solutions is an honest company. I get regular pest control services from a 5-star rated yelp pest control company. They saw some damage on my garage, and said it was due to termites, and I would need termite treatment that would cost over $1,300. I was skeptical b/c they didn't seem to check it that much. So I called Fearsome Pest Solutions, and Mustafa came to give me an inspection. He let me know that that indicator itself wasn't enough to show that I had termites. So he did a thorough job of knocking the wood, and explained to me how he checks to verify termites. He came to the conclusion that there were no tunnels inbetween the walls, and also did see some wood damage but it was due to carpenter ants from the type of damage they gave, not termites. Mustafa also told me some termite prevention tips, of how my current pest control company can keep them out. He went above and beyond what he needed to do and explained me everything. Not to mention, he had nothing to gain, no services or treatment to sell, which he obviously could of. Not many honest service people these days, but Fearsome Pest solutions are, unlike the 5-star yelp company I used. Recommend fully and will definitely use Fearsome in the future again. Mustafa was an A+ technician.

Fearsome Pest Solutions' Elliot Hannibal was very diligent and very efficient in analyzing and solving the problem. One of his traps caught 2 mice a few days after his initial visit, and he sealed the mice entry points behind my stove on his follow-up visit 5 days later.
