The tech that came out had no idea how my equipment worked. I figured it out for him. He was very. Ice and respectful but admitted he wasn't trained properly for my need. he had to call another guy (matt) a couple of times for help which didn't help at all. They charged me $55 even though the tech literally did nothing. He was a nice person and again very respectful. The company put him in a bad position

"Hey Mike, I apologize that wer did not give you exceptional service. With so many different makes/models of product on the market it is impossible to stay up to speed on 100% of the product. Your product was over 4 years old also which also adds complications. While in the menus with you looking over the options probably help you find your resolution. As we did roll a truck out to your home we did have to charge or min $55. - Matt"

Knowledgeable guys and overall did a good job. Just a bit sloppy on outlet install (cut too far and I now have blemishes on wall next to outlet), but nothing that I am too upset about since it's hidden behind entertainment center. I finally took a look at speaker wire that was run through first floor and into basement drop ceiling, and it was just a tad bit sloppy as well in my opinion (I think I was expecting the wire to be fastened to floor structure where possible instead of just slung any which way). Again, not too big of deal since it's in the basement and most on top of drop ceiling. Because I am bit more of detail oriented freak compared to most people I am still giving these guys above average.

The technician arrived at the time promised, was professional and knowledgable, and completed the work promptly. Price quoted on the phone is what I was charged even though he had to do some additional work. Cleanup was very thorough. I'm very pleased with their work and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
