We needed new siding, fascia, gutters windows on our home. We contacted Feazel in late June/early July 2020 to get an estimate. A sales rep came out within a few days, gave us an overall estimate, estimate our monthly payment, and helped us get financed through their financer. Initially, we were told that the entire job would be completed by Labor Day, but it was not. Then we were told it would be done by Thanksgiving. Again, no work was done by Thanksgiving. We were told that with COVID there were delays in manufacturing our materials. Finally in December 2020 work was started. Once all of the sidings were removed the crew found severe damage to some floor joists and 2x4 and said that they could not put the new siding up until it was fixed. Fast forward a few weeks - we had a different contractor come to our house and fix the damaged wood all over the exterior of our home, which was more than Feazel had told us about. This crew said that they did not know how the Feazel window installers had installed some of our windows because the framing was so rotted; the windows should not have been installed with the wood in such bad condition. Once the wood repairs were completed the Feazel team came back out to finish the work. It was completed rather quickly and looked good. Since its completion in January 2021, we have had some issues. There are spots where the material does not seem secure, other spots where it looks curved or has a rippled effect. The crew left scrap material on top of the roof of our side porch which we were finally able to get down when we got on the roof to blow off leaves. Because it took so long, our first account with the financer was closed for inactivity. We had to reapply on our own, lost out on the promotion we first had so now we are paying a crazy interest rate, our payment is double what we thought it would be, and we had our credit dinged twice, once for each application. Would not recommend Feazel ever.

20 years ago Feazel re-roofed our house with steel shingles. The roof is virtually as strong and secure as it was when first installed. Over the past 20 years, there were two instances where work was needed to reinforce seams - and Feazel was out at the house promptly, making repairs under the warranty, without any hesitation and without charge. When we had the roof put on, we also had a local contractor build a two-story wrap-around deck - roughly 1,200 square feet for the second story. Feazel supplied the rubber membrane that protected our house from the weather. This year, we needed to have that second-story decking replaced. We called Feazel, and contracted with them to replace the membrane. Frank Drummond prepared the bid and worked with the decking firm. The two firms worked really well together, coordinating their schedules so that the job could be completed within a few weeks this summer. The workers from Feazel did an outstanding job, reintegrating the membrane under the existing steel shingles and preparing for the new decking. They were courteous, careful, and efficient, cleaning up daily and showing up just as they said they would. They answered my wife's questions and followed through by doing what they said they would do. They also worked really well with the decking contractor, so that when all work was finished we had exactly the deck we wanted. My wife and I found that it was really good working with Christy at the scheduling office, with Frank throughout the bidding and contracting process, and with the team of workers who came out to the house.

They also found sheathing was deteriorated, and provided replacement sheathing at a discount price. I also provided this info to the BBB, and they have a high rating with them as well..
