The 4 man crew were on-time, very professional and did the trimming well and quickly along with the clean up.

Elite has given us five star service for tree trimming, fertilizing, and recently installing a complete new irrigation system. Julio led an expert and careful installation team. They worked hard and did a great job. We are turning over our trimming, fertilizing, and irrigation work to them and look forward to our large yard looking even better

I had them do a dripsystem for me.It wasn't untilwe were closing the dealthat I learned they wouldn't be using PVC, like I akready had installed. That was an extra $1000. I went with their recommendation. Unfortunately Their fex tubing either leaks or the dripscome out easily as I have multiple leaks. In February I contacted the to make corrections, expecdting to pay.I have heard nothing except when I email them, then I get a cursory, "We'll send someone out". They have previously sent workers out with no notice and I was not home and my wife didn't kmnow what to do. At this time I have to say avoid them. There too many others that are hungry for work. BTW, they send trucks out with other companies names on the truck so I always had to ask why they were there. I also paid to have a ferilizer tank installed which they never called me to refill ( at my cost). Just very disappointing once they had my money.

Have hired before. Arborist was familiar with my property and previous work. Scheduled the job to match my needs. Arrived on time. Crew was respectful, had clear instructions from the arborist and very efficient including great cleanup. I will continue to use Elite annually to care for my mature trees.

The Elite tree service Arborist was very professional and efficient at first. After our initial meeting, he never answered any of my phone calls or messages. I tried to reach him several times and to no avail. I finally gave up. He had mentioned that if I had any questions or concerns to please call him. That was just a lie. On the other hand, the person who actually did the job (his name is David) he was very good at what he did. He was very cordial and efficient he did an excellent job. Because of him I would recommend this company to anyone. But the Arborist (whose name is Sam) because of him I would not recommend this company. But the person who did the work save the day for the recommendatiion. Thank You David.
