Called to have a disposal replaced in a house rental. I did not even think to ask for a rough estimate over the phone...how much could it be to replace a disposal (Insinkerator V) that costs $80? Maybe $250 on the high end? I got a call from the plumber stating it would be $485 for the job. I told them to forget it, then he started to lower his price. No thanks! I am not dealing with someone that could not give me his best price up front. Here is the kicker, a day later the tenant tells me that she finally figured out how to use the jam wrench and the disposal is working just fine! A good plumber would have unjammed the unit and called to say that it is fixed and the cost is just the cost of the service call. . On 12/30/12 I called Feehan Plumbing the evening to repair a leaking, non-functioning water filter assembly under the kitchen sink. The dispatcher was polite and after I expressed it was not a dire emergency I was scheduled for the next morning. The technician (Dan) arrived and after showing him the leaking area, he checked all of the pipes under the sink he explained why the filter was leaking and repaired it. I had also recently purchased a new 3 piece faucet for the upstairs bathroom. Dan was able to also install the faucet and replace the old valves under the bathroom sink. Dan was neat and efficient and charged us a very fair price.

Freehan provided a good price, great level of service and high quality installation. I removed 1 star for customer service because the humidifier they installed had the option of an external sensor being installed, which was only told to me after all the installation was done. I would have liked to have known that option up front, and would of paid to have them install it - but they told me as they were leaving.

They came out on time. Did what needed to be done. It was a messy job, I peaked in and saw the mess. When they were done there was NO sign of mess. They did a great job, completed on time and was just a smidge above the estimate because I wanted an additional pipe put in. Highly recommend these guys!! Very pleasant and professional.

The tile guy did an *excellent* job on our shower surround! We loved him! The plumber had a bad day - misunderstood what we wanted and left with a pipe seeping water, but the tile guy was able to fix that. They were willing to come do unscheduled work very responsively - disconnected sinks for new countertop install and gas dryer for floor install and reconnected them quickly when work was done. Our only complaint was they tried to get us to pay before some of the work had been done and once they were paid didn't return our calls or do the last bit (caulk around tile). If you hire them, make SURE the work is done before paying!

They did a great job, worked on my timetable and were not too expensive. Installed water lines, macerating pump and below-grade drains for a basement bathroom (with shower) and kitchenette with sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Enhanced my original design with a loop vent and better location for discharge line from macerating pump. No problems just solutions.

Good quick work

The own Tom, came out the house. Was very polite and helpful. The young man who did the work up the price. He did a great job fixing the leek.

These guys were where they said they were going to be when the said they were going to be.

They don't seem to know much about their own financing program, but they were able to complete the job within a few days and came in with the lowest quote. Still trying to apply for the financing after the install.

Dont use these people.

Showed up more than 1/2 hour late without a call because had wrong address. After arrived, everything went fine. Nice and respectful worker.

Laundry Pump Replacement - Feehan quoted price of job e-mail, as well as by mail, with a 24 month warranty on labor & parts. Was prompt coming the very next day after I called. Shawn, their plumber was very courteous and informative. No question was too much for him. Also, he discovered that my washer hoses were twisted & suggested replacement which I did & found the washer now to work better than before. He also pointed out other fixes for my existing plumbing. He also cleaned up well afterwards. I thought a little expensive, but well worth it. Would definitely use Feehan from now on.Excellent job! Received thank you card with $25 coupon.

Choose Feehan.. outstanding company performance, personal and patient, the job was accomplished most favorably.Questions answer in timely manner, suggestions made cost effective and desireable. Sub contracted tile installer with artistic craftsmanship and expertise in placement. Challenged by small bathroom with tight quarters in an older house. Cost fit to budget although, detail to paper work needs some improvement.

There plumber came to my house the day after a major snow storm and fixed my plumbing problem in less the 30 min.

Feehan put in a battery operated sump pump in my home. They were very reasonably priced, meticulous in their work and thorough. Since I had just recently purchased the home they did a walk through to check the furnace and plumbing. I would highly recommend them and have already passed their names along to several coworkers. They also came on time and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time.

Knowledgeable, friendly visit by Bob Tezla. Very clear, direct, and I never felt like there were any games being played. We asked about two things - (1) the installation of a new whole-house humidifer and (2) service for our heating unit. Answered all of our questions. Bob was the person that installed our unit and performed our maintenance. If (hope we don't need to) have any problems with our heating unit, we'll call Feehan first. I recommend them. In the spring/summer, we'll probably call them for our AC service.

Fixed my toilet, did a great job, as good as new. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was the price was a little high, but they give a $25 discount when you show their business card.
