Angelo said the work was going to be completed in 5-6 days, however, it ended up taking 2 weeks. I would call him to ask regarding stays of the project and timing and he would never answer. Then, after I had submitted the deposit, he told me he couldn?t complete the job until something else on the house was removed. That should have been stated when he first completed the initial inspection. That?s not how a professional company behaves. Then, work was done in a shitty and messy way. All tiles around the duct system were broken and he didn?t repair them. After he was done, he demanded to be paid within two hrs of not he said he would remove the furnace. I waited for him for weeks and he couldn?t wait a day. This was the most terrible customer experience I?ve ever had. Please don?t hire him for any of you work. I have 20+ properties across metro Detroit and I would for sure not hire him nor have his work on any of my houses not even if it was free. Shitties service and shitty work

Ali, owner called within 30 minutes of my request for a quote. He asked what was wrong with the furnace, I told him. He told me he could get someone to me by 10a and to try my best to stay warm. Ali the worker came to service my furnace at 10.15a. He smiled. Introduced himself and came with plastic disposable shoes to wear in the house. He was able to get my heat working in less than hour. Very professional company.

He was very helpful, patient also understanding. It was a simple fix, he fixed the issue and was very pleasant working with. Will definitely refer to others who needs help with the same issue. Thank you so much

They came day and did an excellent job had my furnace up and running that day only took them about an hour

ali is a great man i called him to service my heater he walked in and did ever quick i can not complain about a thing and he told me if there is anything wrong call him whenever but everything is running smooth he cleaned up after himself idk just amazing service i wish every blue collar i call is like him

Was having problems in the middle of winter waking up and the heat being turned off had to turn on the stoves some night called them right up and they fixed it didn’t charge me and arm and a leg took care of it and very professional people
