"The project was not started on time due to a raw material shortage from the manufacturer of the special ordered siding for this job. Once started we worked diligently to complete the project with no exception of quality. Upon completion, project was discounted and a great deal of trash left by another company that the homeowner hired was removed as a courtesy for the inconveniences. We left that home with a confirmation from the homeowner that they were absolutely satisfied with the quality of work, despite the frustration of the timeline."
