When I spoke to Mike on the phone he was very polite and let me send him a picture of my couch so he could give me the quote. When Mike and his co worker cams to the house they were very friendly and my couch looks awesome.

Michael the owner was very easy to contact and took the time to explain what needed to be done to clean our carpet which was pretty dirty. Charles the technician called when he was on his way, was very professional when he arrived and did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet. He spent as much time as needed to do the job right. We thought we would have to buy new carpet but now it looks almost like new. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend that you give them a call.

The technician that came to my home was Charles. I received a phone call from him 1.5 hours ahead of the scheduled arrival time to confirm. He was at my door 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment, ready to work. He conducted himself in a professional manor and performed a thorough job. Thanks again to Feldpausch. I would happily recommend them to family or friends.

The owner was WONDERFUL to work with... HOWEVER the CREW had to come back to redo some of our furniture they had ?cleaned?. The 1st cleaning was not up to par by ANY means! But upon calling the owner, he was very gracious in wanting to FIX the situation.

They came back to re clean an area by the kitchen that was disgusting. 80% was cleaned the first day. It just needed a little boost. Looks great! Looking forward to a quote for power washing the outside.

1st, there was question about what areas were to be cleaned which was resolved by contacting main office. Was disappointed that furniture was not moved for more thorough cleaning with styrofoam placed under furniture until carpet dried. This was always done by previous companies.

Feldpausch did a fantastic job on my home carpet cleaning. I had a horrible stain from a flower pot that spilled out. That stain was removed and the rest of the carpet was stain free by the time they finished. The Tech Charles deserves a 10 for the great job he did. I highly recommend this company !!

Our carpet was in very bad shape in the house we are moving into. We were hoping for a miracle but even with a great cleaning, the miracle was not to be. Felspausch did a great job but the carpet was in sorry shape but at least it is livable now.
