We had a large remodel project which included new kitchen, new hall bath, new laundry room, and new flooring, plus all new baseboards, texture and interior paint throughout. Before learning about Feliciano, we had already chosen a floor installer, who Feliciano worked together with seamlessly regarding scheduling. Very professional! Our project ran twice as long due to major finish issues and errors with the cabinets that we purchased through Lowe’s, plus some mistakes in the actual design that our contractor discovered and corrected several times throughout the project. Through everything, Feliciano was there with their very skilled workers, and the BEST “go-to-for-everything” Project Manager on the planet!!!! Carlos Marin is a very detail oriented individual with very high standards! The owner of the company certainly does as well, and insists that everyone who represents Feliciano Construction on the job site demonstrates the same level of quality. They are all efficient, responsive, and talented crafts/men and women that go above and beyond with meticulous care! Carlos even fixed a broken pocket door for us, simply because he noticed it wasn’t working well when my daughter was visiting. The job site was always clean and ready for the next day’s work every time they left. Very nice, since we stayed in the house during the remodel. If there were any glitches along the way, Carlos would simply say, “no worries, I’ll take care of it.” And it was done. Our kitchen is gorgeous, the laundry room, bathroom, and floors are as well and we are finally getting to enjoy them day to day. We have other things that will need attention in our home in the future. Based on the quality relationship we have enjoyed with Feliciano Construction, we wouldn’t use anyone else! These days not many folks in the construction business are honest, reliable, professional and charge a fair price. Feliciano Roofing was all of the above. I have told multiple people about the amazing experience I had with this company. I mainly dealt with Carlos during the job. He was awesome to deal with. We need more people like Carlos in Tampa!
