Once I inspect the entire system I will always give you an up-front price including materials, labor and tax; with no hidden surprises. Ever. While taking care of your system I will explain in detail all the steps that are needed to fix it and YES you are more than welcome to stay beside me over the entire process. After your system is up and running I will check the efficiency of the system just to make sure that every component is working as it should. On all installations there will be a 1yr warranty in labor. Every 5 star review about Felipe is true. The walkthrough, the teaching, the love for his work and his good humor. He showed me what he was testing for and why everything looked good. He didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need, and even told me he could charge me to do certain things (like wash the coils) if I really wanted, but I'm a strong lady, I can do it myself. And I will! I'm happy I met him and learned so many new things today. If you need AC work, Felipe is 100% your guy!

Felipe has done several service calls for us over the years repairing our old unit at a reasonable price. We finally had to breakdown and replace our 20 plus years old condenser unit. Felipe came ON CHRISTMAS DAY to repair our a/c that wasnt working. He was in such a good mood and seemed happy to help, even though it took him away from his family for a short time. Felipe was recommended to us by a member of our church. Our air conditioner compressor and coil needed to be replaced. From the beginning, Felipe and his crew were very professional, always on time or early, extremely easy to contact, and genuine. Felipe asked my husband to walk with him and stand next to him during the inspection and repairs so that we would know exactly what was being done. His price was very fair. When I first called Felipe to get a quote on my AC installation he was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained every step of what was going to be done. I've had the opportunity to hire the services of Texas AC and Heating a few times now. The first time it was during a summer, Felipe and his team came and knew what the problem with my unit was within a few minutes. They ordered the parts and I had my AC running again very quickly. The second time, my unit had to be replaced. They were very reasonable with the price and the job was done wonderfully. Felipe has since done the tune-up of my unit and it's working wonderfully. Felipe was a pleasure! He took the time to explain the situation and what needed to be repaired and replaced. He provided a reasonable quote and was back to perform the services a day later. He arrived on time and was finished within just a couple hours. The job ended up being more work than he expected but he stuck to his original quote. Felipe transformed our sweaty, barely tolerable hotbox of a garage into a fully air conditioned gym and workspace by installing a mini split A/C system. The quality of work and support delivered by Felipe was extraordinary. I hired him in the middle of a botched AC job by another team, and Felipe literally saved the day.
