I called Felix on Tuesday 1/2/24 for a disposal AND dryer repair. Wayne was scheduled for the next day 1/3/24. He appeared timely letting me know via text and call he was on his way. He successfully repaired both the disposal and dryer in about an hour, which included him going to get a new belt for the dryer. He was confident, courteous, kind, and most of all very competent. I understand now why the reviews rate you as high as they do. Thank you.

No repair company wants to come to Maricopa so lucky me found Felix Appliance Repair. I called them on Monday and Michael came first thing Tuesday and he discovered my compressor was shot. Michael located a new compressor and came the following day. I will always use them from now on!

Rob came to my residence and within 5 minutes of diagnosis determined the problem. He could have recommended a circuit board change which would have been costly. Instead he resolved the issue and only charged me for labor! Very ethical business owner!

This guy knows exactly what he is doing!!!! Shows up on time, figures out what is wrong with it very quickly, comes with the part needed, and fixed my washing machine perfectly! Robert was very courteous and professional. He texted when he was due to arrive... Was transparent and honest showing me the new part (condenser fan) for my fridge and the old he was taking out. Got my fridge back. in working order in less than 20-30 minutes.
