Terry forgot about our appointment, I had to call and remind him. After that his foreman John came out and replaced the Vent Cap. Very good job.

I would not recommend Felix Roofing or Roofline to anyone! Felix stonewalled me from the beginning of the project. Customer Service was horrible. On day two, project was halted due to foreman needing dentist work.Continuously ridiculed me when I reached out to fix issues. He thought it was funny.

Felix Roofing: Delivered as promised and went the extra mile... We had deteriorated sheet metal for our inside chimney stack and they were able to get it done for us for a modest additional cost. Professional, attention to detail, knowledgeable, cleaned up when done. Great company to do business with. Terry and all the crew!

Showed up as scheduled. Work was completed promptly with no problems. Workers were friendly. Although they are not cheap, they are reasonable and I feel I got good value. It is very hard to get someone to do a small job, but that really needs a professional.

With all the rain this 2016-2017 season, we encountered a roof leak on the side of the chimney and area around it. Terry (the owner) called me the morning of my scheduled appointment to confirm that he would be there to review the situation and give me an estimate. He was on time and quickly on the roof checking things out. He showed me pictures of what needed to be fixed and clearly explained what needed to be done. When we finally got a break in the weather, he called me to set up the work date/time. The crew was prompt and extremely quiet as I was working from home and expected a ruckus! They finished the work in 2 days and everything seems to be fixed. Pricing was extremely reasonable...it was half the cost of another estimate that I received through a contractor from Yelp. I would definitely recommend Terry and his team to fix a roof leak.
