Fell construction put on a new roof for us in Sept. 2017. By the winter of 2017 there were ripples all across the roof. I have contacted Aaron numerous times to resolve the issue since the contract stated there was a 10 year workmanship warranty. He has given me the run around for a year and said he was contacting his insurance which I have still never heard anything from him or his insurance company on when they are coming out. He has given me multiple excuses on why the roof is doing this and says its our fault because it was already like that. However, for the previous 5 years that we owned the house we never had a single issue with the roof. We have had other contractors out to look at it and they have told us it was installed bad, and after talking with people in our hometown, I have found numerous other people who have had issues with Aaron and his company also. Save yourself the headache I am going through and don't hire them.

I gave my $1000 deposit to Fell Construction in March. It is now August and Mr. Fell hasn't provided any services yet. He keeps telling me he will start the job soon and each month there is a new excuse on why he can't. I asked for my deposit back on July 25 and still have not received it. He is very difficult to get in touch with. The last I heard from him he said the check is in the mail. Very disappointed and would not recommend this Pro to anyone.
