Ryan started our project, which was the installation of gas line for our house. The initial portion of the project was fine. He came out and I stalled the gas lines for the stove and fireplaces. When it was time to come back to complete the installation of the gas logs, he would never return calls or texts over weeks of attempts. Finally we got a story about his dad being in the hospital. We were very compassionate about this issue, but it is difficult to understand why you cannot respond to a text for weeks at a time. We finally hired someone else to finish the job and we are very happy with it. However, we paid Ryan up front so he owes us $350. He does not seem inclined to refund our money so we are having to resort to social media and the BBB. Hope we do not have to sue for $350. Do not hire him.

Project started with Ryan Felts who then passed it on to his brother Allen, After repeated calls to get them to come back out now that the part was in, they would not respond or return calls. This has been going on for 2 months so I called the owner George as it is his business. He promised to be out the next day. He was a no show so I called and he said he would be out at 12:00, no show. Finally he said 10;00 the next morning. No show and never a call to say he wasnt coming. His email response was Busy Sir. No apology for poor service or appt. Just rude. Now I see where his sons got their work ethic. Now I have to hire a local plumber. When you have a company with 16 reviews and 25% are not will rated it should tell you something about this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

On time, nice guy

Ryan was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I really enjoyed the time we spent together and the results of his work.

Allen was very professional. He came to my home, reviewed what work I wanted done and by the next day had a proposal for me. We scheduled the earliest time for him to perform the work. He arrived on time and did the work in a professional manner. I will definitely hire Allen again if I am in need of any plumbing work at my home.

They were prompt, professional, honest in their pricing and very sensitive to maintaining my lawn when digging up the water main.

They tightened a faucet in my kitchen for me. Ryan was really nice and it was just before Christmas. He discovered in replacing a flap, my toilet needed to be replaced and agreed to do it the 26th of December. I never heard from him. I texted to see if he would be here the next day and he said he would. Again, i did not hear from him until i texted, and he said he was tied up in traffic, could he do it the next day. I said yes, but please in the morning as we had sat home for 2 days already waiting on him. I never heard back. Then i called. Never heard back. The follow up was horrible and the job is still not done and I must call someone else. I like them at the beginning, but they showed little respect in follow up and wasting our time. Very disappointed.

He was a nice guy and came on the weekend.

Prompt courteous response to my inquiry, excellent knowledge of what needed to be done to replace my 10.5” rough in commode with a 12.5” rough in commode which I had already purchased. Replacement commode was installed within 24 hours as promised. Ryan Felts did outstanding job, very professional, courteous & helpful in every aspect of the installation! Highly recommend this plumbing service!

I hired this company and the owner fixed my faucet. I had problems later and tried to call for followup , He ignored my calls and I had to track him down through Facebook in order for him to send someone to remedy the problem. Eventually he did.

The final bill ended up being higher than quoted; however this was fully understandable once the project was examined in person and assessed.

Was able to fix the problems that i couldn't/didn't want to fix. very quick response and very friendly. Highly recommend!

I needed the cast iron pipes removed from my house and replaced with PVC and pex lines. I had a hard time getting anyone to even quote the job until I contacted Felts Pluming. Felts gave me a great quote, completed the work quickly, and did a superb job. We are very happy with our complete experience and would highly recommend Felts Plumbing. They will be the first company we call for any future needs.

Quick estimate of specific work to be completed. Friendly and professional, work done promptly and to my specifications. If ever I require plumbing done in my house again I will not use any other company. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending them.
