I was quoted 2 days to install 2 extra gates on chain link fence and it took 7 days. Not good attention to detail communication or time.

I had a very simple repair project. Should've taken 2 hours. Syed showed up 2 hours LATE on Sat. Worked on the fence then left w/ a big piece of fence missing. I called him & he said he needed to get another piece & he'd be back tomorrow. No apology for the fact that I could not let my dogs out now b/c of the hole (no apology for being late either). Came back on Sun over an hour late. He did a shoddy job on the fence. I have chain link & instead of replacing the piece with metal to match, he used some black coated chain link. He also left parts in my yard that I had to clean up. When I asked him to remove he mumbled it was garbage & left! :(

Seth was on time for the estimate and it was a reasonable estimate. I had a car crash into my fense but wanted the entire fence removed and put back up as the orginal installers (before I purchased) the house, did a lousy job and there was many areas that my dogs could crawl under the fense. Seth estimated the job to take 4 days and it was completed in just under 2 weeks. He had one contractor that worked with him and they would work less than 5 hours per day on the days that they came. Having said that, they did great work. The ground is not level but I couldn't be happier and it was worth the extended time. The price was also good
