Knowlwdgeable sales representative; competitive prices; kept me informed of order progress and installation schedule; installers were very experienced long time company employees; supervisor visited project daily; careful and cleaned up everything when they finished.

They did a good job but it took longer than they originally stated. Granted the weather didn't cooperate but they still seemed to work much more slowly than I would have anticipated. Having said that however, I am quite pleased with the final product.
