I will highly recommend Fence One to anyone interested in a fence installation. From the initial contact on the phone I was impressed by the friendly service manner of the assistant and following project manager, Nick, who came out to our house within days to assess our yard and take measurements. Prior to the installation I met Patrick who fairly accommodated me. The price was reasonable and he made such an effort to lock in best possible date. Despite the current situation with Covid-19, they still managed to come out as promptly as possible. However, the best experience was seeing their workmanship. The two workers who installed our fence were exceptional, thorough and very skilled. It was obvious they took pride in their work. I also had the pleasure to meet the owner who came out to our home and see the work. An extremely wonderful experience .

Owners , Al and Patrick , were very pleasant people to deal with. The prices were great and the workmanship was excellent. They make sure everything is right before they leave. The fence was professionally done by two great workers who took pride in their work. Would recommend highly to all!

Fence One just a new aluminum fence for my home (~300 ft) and I could not be happier with the results! I could tell through working with Fence One that they take great pride in the quality of their work - Al and his team were very attentive to customer satisfaction and worked quickly to assure that any concerns were fully addressed. Fence One installed quickly, offered flexible payment terms and used superior American Made products that carry a lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend Fence One for any future projects!

They worked with us on the timing of the project and completed the work in the estimated time frame. Their work area was kept clean and we are quite pleased with the quality and look of the fence. I would highly recommend this contractor.

I had a fence originally installed during the summer of 2013 - for that time period I would give the company 5 stars - they lived up to all they said they would do - and actually went above beyond to ensure the fence was completed by a specific date. Fast forward to now. In November 2018 a section of my fence broke an fell down. I emailed pictures to the email address on the website asking for an estimate to repair the one section. No Answer. After the first of the year I completed their online form stating that the fence was damaged and I would like an estimate to have it repaired. Filling in the form during the winter months I was hoping to get an early spring time frame for repairs. No Answer. I again filled out the online form at the end of May. The company called and said some one would come out to look at the damage and prepare an estimate. A man come out the 1st weekend of June we talked about what needed to be done and he stated he would have an estimate for repairs. The following Thursday as I had not yet heard back I called the office and was told that the man would be in tomorrow (Friday) and they would have the estimate for me. A week goes by and nothing. I called the office on Friday and the person who answered was apparently not having a good day. They stated they were with a customer and would call me back. So I waited and waited and waited - NOTHING. The next week I filled out a 3rd form online asking if they let me know where I could purchase the necessary pieces to have the section repaired - NOTHING so very disappointed - and will never recommend this company to anyone looking for fencing.

The owner a Patrick was fantastic. The two employees who installed the fence worked hard, kept the project neat, and finished quickly. The fence is great quality and they guarantee it. They matched another quote and I was very happy with the price. I would highly recommend Fence One!

Installed a beautiful vinayl fence that I am quite happy will. Completed in a timely fashion. The only problem I had was a year late when a tree fell in my yard taking down two sections of fence. I called three times over the next two months requesting a quote for a repair. Each time they took my information but never called me back or told me they were not interested in doing my repair. Hence the lower score for customer service.

We hired Fence One to install a railing down one side of our walkway to the house. This walkway is not only curved, but also slanted down to the house. Since we are Senior Citizens, we needed something both sturdy and functional, but also aesthetically pleasing. After very good advice from Al about options and prices, the project was quickly and expertly accomplished by courteous workmen. This company achieved all that we wanted and we recommend them highly.

They did great work but aren't good at scheduling. Had to threaten to go with a competitor after waiting 3 months before finally did job.

On time, responsive, and professional. Walked through options, provided suggestions to help make the perfect choice for our yard.

They arrived when they said they would, despite freezing temperatures, worked their hearts out (including jackhammering through rock), and less that a day and a half later, had installed the most beautiful fence at exactly the price quoted. It's a creative configuration, too, allowing my dogs a lot of extra space to roam around the house! They love it. And we love it! Just wish I had another fence to put it, so I could hire them all over again. And yes! They were that good. In fact, before they left - weary as they probably were, they wiped down the fence to make sure it was clean and shiny! Who else would do that?!?!?! Love these folks!

I was seeking quotes for a 5' vinyl fence enclosing my back yard with two gates. Kurt came and carefully walked the property taking notes. He sat in his truck and quoted a competitive price. After we accepted his quote we mailed him a deposit and, within two days Kurt called me to let me know when they would install. Ian and Brian started working on the job and worked extremely hard. Their work was neat, professional and was completed in 2 1/2 days. 194 linear feet installed and looks terrific! This is truly a classic case of: Get all your bids from other contractors then call Kurt, who will quote a quality price for high quality work.
