Madden Contractors

Hired him to replace 2 retainer walls that were to take 4 to 7 days. 5 months later I am still trying to get them to come to a finish. He used untrained workers and the work they did was not done properly. Usually, only 1 or 2 showed up at a time. They would come 2 maybe 3 times a week. Finally just stopped. I have spent the last 3 to 4 months trying to get him to come to finish. Keeps saying he is coming but does not show up. I paid him because I trusted him. I have read these positive reviews and I am left wondering why he scammed me. I do not understand. I hope it was not because I was an easy mark as I am a 72-year-old widow. I guess I should not have paid him before the project was finished.

A person who has not followed through on his promises.

Spencer and his crew went above and beyond! They helped us make a decision on the style of blocks and even finished ahead of schedule. The wall looks fantastic! I will definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a beautiful sturdy retaining wall. Thank yall so much.

After the wall was supposedly finished we had an issue with the job. When I called them to have the issue fixed they have not showed up to inspect or repair the job. Their phone is now not receiving calls.

Professional business performef the work as requested and on time. Very nice And responded quickly to all calls and answered all questions. I would recommend their service and will use them again.

Gave a better contract price than I suspected. Checked with me on how I wanted it done when there was a question. Followed up and added extra service ie. replace with sod areas that need it due to construction. Have them on speed dial.

The total job was $3,100.00. I paid 40% to get started, he did 1/10th of the work and stop. Spencer lied about equipment that he did not have and lied about his experience level. He removed his equipment from the site and did not provide an explanation.He nor his workers are experienced in land clearing. Stay away from this company. I do have pictures to prove. Home adviser should remove him as a provider/contractor. I selected 1 star because I had to make an entry. 0 stars!

MC kept the flow of communication open which i loved and they also did a perfect job at a short notice. I definitely plan on using them for other jobs at my new home. I would recommend them to everyone.

He is great!!! He was very professional and worked his butt off to get my property exactly how I wanted. It's hard to find companies like this. The last person I dealt with gave me so many excuses. Madden came out the day after we signed with him and got it done! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their land cleaned up or cleared.
