"your tenant broke the gate with his bobcat and you don't want to pay for the repair and it was a sliding gate not a fence you wouldn't replace your 30 year old fence that was falling down that has to support the gate . Either way your tenant damaged the gate and he admitted it to me as well I have pictures to prove the damage . you simply don't want to pay or charge your tenant for the damages"

"This customer I waited over a month for his planning and budgeting He was constantly over the installers back being revived with a paper he printed from the Internet of how to install a fence, which was inaccurate and the sizes of the material he suggested from his paper were of poor size and quality. If I used what his paper said it would of cost less in material for me . I would not take advantage of him or give a poor product or rush a installation to do a bad job. As far as late I fit this gentleman in to the schedule and never promised a exact time but he was sure to tell us when we will come And as a courtesy to him I removed extra debris i.e. Garbage in his yard to clean up his mess at no charge to him. I was very clear that I was fitting him In and to be patient with timing. Extremely difficult person to deal with. As you see by my other reviews never a issue of timing or quality. And of course pictures of the finished product"
