Never finished project. A project that was suppose to take 4-6 months has been going on for 16 months. He never showed up the last 6 weeks after county code inspectors stated he had to correct two deficiencies in which he asked the county to extend by two weeks. During the last 6 weeks Bill Adams stated multiple times he would be over to complete project but NEVER showed. I would NOT RECOMMEND his services.
