Quality: he welds his fences and they are made whatever width you want. Service: He was on time and completed the work when he said he would. He took out some old wood fence for me, which would not have to be part of the job but he was willing to do it. Also, I had to make some last-minute changes to the fence and he "rolled with it" no problem. Value: I took 3 bids and his was the best.
