"Hello Sharon... I want to first apologize about the delay from the manufacture in getting your custom fence panels. When I accepted your deposit, I let you know that it would take sometime and we would come out and install as soon as they arrived. The panels took longer than expected and these things sometime happen. This is a very busy time of the year for manufactures and once an order has been placed, we can only wait until we receive your order to install it. Per our last discussion and your non interest in waiting for the panels to come in, your deposit was refunded even though your panels were purchased by us. Good Luck on your project."
